What is Claude Code?
Claude Code is Anthropic’s agentic coding tool that works in your terminal, IDE and beyond — it can read and edit your codebase, run commands, and complete multi-step engineering tasks. Used well, it lets a team delegate real work rather than just autocomplete lines.
Do you train the whole team or individuals?
Either. We run team workshops, pair one-to-one with developers, and help leads set the standards and configuration the rest of the team builds on.
We already use Claude Code a bit. Is this still worth it?
